About me

Hi I’m Harj, an Anxiety Coach

Let us start at the beginning…


My own journey began with the dread of anxiety showing up daily: overthinking, overwhelm and a constant battle with self-worth.  Some days better than others, but the reality struck when I realised just how impactful my thoughts were on my overall health and wellbeing.


As a wife and parent of two boys, I realised something had to change, not only for them but for myself, as I was done, living in the cage of my own mind. Fast forward and into the present, I live way beyond anxiety, I live with clarity guiding each day with intention. And I fell in love, with the new state of my mind, finally it was clear, with space that I had only once dreamt of.


I began to see that clarity is not just something unique to me, many others could have it too. What they need is a thinking partner, offering a safe space to explore their own thought patterns and discover a path that leads them forward, by reconnecting with themselves again.


Growth requires time, commitment, and the courage to be vulnerable. And I would love to be by your side and explore the potential you have, to create the life you have always envisioned.

What is coaching

Coaching is like having a navigator beside you: you remain in control, and I help you to explore new possibilities, challenge limiting beliefs, and design actionable steps. A partnership model where you lead and I facilitate exploration.


During our sessions I will use powerful reflective questions to help you uncover insights rather than provide direct answers.  


Sessions will focus on clear, achievable outcomes, whether personal or professional.


Confidentiality and trust being core pillars of the process, insuring a safe, non-judgemental space, essential for growth.  

What to expect from a chemistry call

A complimentary chemistry call is an introductory conversation, an opportunity to build rapport, clarify expectations and see if we are a good fit.  We will discuss your goals, challenges and what you hope to achieve. 


I will also share a bit about my background, my approach and my WHY for coaching Anxiety. Should we be aligned we can cover the practical details of frequency of sessions, next steps and any additional questions you may have.

What to expect from a 1:1 coaching session with me

Check-in:  We will begin with a gentle check-in, a moment to observe and name what feels heavy.

Exploration: By using intentional and powerful questions we will explore what’s beneath the surface, identify patterns and triggers.

Reframe patterns & shift perspective: Reframe thoughts to see the challenge differently, with more clarity and self awareness. Create possibilities for new choices and experiences.

Set goals: Using insights for action, set small manageable steps that offer progress. 

Reflect & Close: Draw a close with reflection on insights gained and the actions to carry foward, moving closer to achieving your goals.
